1. User Accounts and Eligibility

• Users of all ages may access Fldly; parental consent is recommended for minors.
• Each user may create multiple accounts.

2. User Responsibilities

• Users must not post or share content that is threatening, illegal, or harmful.
• Fldly cannot be used for any unlawful activities.
• Users agree to comply with all applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Paid subscriptions will be available soon.
• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time; however, paid fees are non-refundable.
• Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

4. Content Ownership and License

Content created and uploaded by users remains their property. By using Fldly, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to publicly display and use your content.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• Content is user-generated; we do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.
• Use the service at your own risk; Fldly is not liable for any damages.
• Illegal activities detected will be reported to law enforcement.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
• User data may be retained as necessary for legal or safety reasons even after termination.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will notify users through email, social media, or other communication channels.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Minnesota law. Any disputes will be resolved in Minnesota courts.
